Default crx turbo help!

friend has a 88 si B16A Greddy 18G trubo.... got the car to crank today and the rpm stayed at 4grand! not sure why hoses are routed like things...... wastegate/blowoff valve/boost gauge all "T" to the FPR and at idle vaccume is at 20psi...its not surging ... set-up is as follows

18G greddy trubo/manifold/downpipe
custom intercooler/piping
B&M fpr
RC 310cc saturated?
Apexi blowoff valve

my questions is...... since its a B16A and uses resistor box, i should not be using saturated injectors correct??? could this be the reason the rpm is staying at 4grand? we have prelude injectors and stock b16a injectors lying around should i use one of those and jack up the FPR?...... hopefully someone can shed some light into this... now as far as Fuel management what imputs do you have on this for temporary until more funds ...thanks in advance

I believe a resistor box is used with peak and hold. Could be wrong. Also your idle sounds like a vacuum leak somewhere.

Sounds like what happened when my brake booster vacuum line came loose...

Check it out. That's a BIG vacuum leak.

do you think a vaccume leak will cause it to go to 4g at idle? We thought the sautrated RC's are conflicting with the resistor box so were throwing back the stock injectors maybe the prelude ones .... any more ideas? if i'm getting a vaccume leak would the boost gauge still be reading 20psi vaccum?
