I found some strong hose, it was almost like a shop vac. hose... It was good to 30psi, and I could wrap it around the bottom with no clearance problems, but it doesn't take heat real well, so it isn't the best solution.

so going this way is probably the best way? what about going from under like how some EGs and tegs go?or will it stick out to much?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Through the resivor hole is probly the best and most common way of doing it.

I did that, it seemed to be the only way for me, I didn't want a smaller radiator like a lot of people do. I drilled the hole and put that stuff that you cover up the corners of the doors, that round black rubber/plastic stuff form PepBoys

it's not a CRX, but it's very close!

thats what i was talking about. what if you weld in, say a 2.75 pipe into the hole that was cut in the frame and run a 2.25 intercooler pipe through it? then i dont think it would be dangerous to the structural integrity of the car.

I'm pretty sure there's a hole right where the horn is mounted, stock. You can go through there if you remove the horn.

Their is no hole behind the horns but it is a real good spot to cut a hole.

I cut the hole you are talking about and ran my exhaust through it with a supertrap. No problems at all. I don't have to worry about emissions so my exhaust is 14" long total.
