Default Cruise Control and Turbos.

I actually never use my cruise control but on the way home last night, D was driving and decided to turn it on. It was really funny, because the car couldn't properly maintain the speed. It would accelerate, then slow down, then accelerate and slow down again. It wouldn't miss by a whole lot, but you could feel it. It actually made the turbo spool up a little bit when the cruise was first turned on.

Just thought I'd let you guys know.

There's a trick the DSMs do. I forget exactly but my friend used to do it all the time. He would be going at a decent pace and put it into a lower gear and the BOV would purge constantly.

I use mine all the time. if i get going up a hill it will actually put so much load on the motor that it will build boost and at the top of the hill it will BOV.
