Default couple problems with my fuel pump help

i have a d16z6 with a a 14b turbo full msd ignition

dsm 450 cc injectors tuned on chrome pro at 9 lbs

now i heard that your stock fuel pump can handle up to 200 whp

im having problems with hesitation on the top end,

normally the car runs strong, pulls strong,i but sometimes (about once every couple weeks) the car will start to hesitate and or feel slower in the top end as if the car is starving of fuel, and when i shut my car off the car wont start and i have to pull out the back seat and bang on the fuel pump,

ive changed the fuel pump with a friends and still does the same thing

any help is appreciated

It should be re-tuned yes and if your running a larger injector, then you always need to upgraded your pump!
