Default could i drive it like this?

well im cleaning out my IC pipes and my compressor housing on my turbo...

i took all the pipes off along with the compressor housing... i cleaned mostly everything.... but

one of my pipes is still stuck in the engine bay and my IC is still mounted

i was wondering if i can start the car and roll off the clutch in 1st gear and coast it about 100 yards with no comressor housing on the turbo...

i dont wanna put it back on because it gets in the way of the pipe that i need to clean out. id have to put it on then take it back off...

so can i drive it like this without getting on the gas.... i know you can drive it without the charge pipes on just dont boost.... but would this be the same situation
