Could this create a problem going to 81.5mm bore?

Default Could this create a problem going to 81.5mm bore?

I just sent my b16 block to the engine builders. There telling me they need to bore the block out .010 or .25mm. I wanted to go with a CP piston and eagle (HD) rods. The CP's only come in 81.5mm. Will this be ok for 12-15 psi with that size bore? (stock sleeves)

On a stock block that is fine. That is just .20 over
