As far as i can tell from the pic YES. Think about it. How's it going to work? B/c that's all i can tell from the pic
From the pic it looks like the spring is on the left and the ball on the right correct? (so the pressure pushes the ball and the vac closes it)

boost controller/extending the rod on the wg (internal) do the same thing, control the amount of boost you are running.
