Icon6 Correct Me If I'm Wrong D16Y5 Boost Question

So I got a 99 Civic Coupe HX 5 Speed D16Y5 VTEC-E

Going boost but keeping the stock engine and head and I'm not going to do nothing big just piecing a kit together and running it at 7-10lbs as this is my daily but just wanting to make it a little more fun so here's where I'm at

I know what I need for the turbo part of it meaning manifold, turbo, down pipe, waste gate, bov, intercooler, piping, fpr, fuel pump ect.

Ok Now this is where I need confirmation that I'm going about this right, what I'm planning is getting a y8 harness with a p28 ecu (unless I can possibly be able to use mine but I don't think I can) with "VTEC-E" engagement set at 2800k-3000k so I can get my full 16 valves going and the p28 will be used with a obd2a to obd1 jumper, and as for the 5 wire o2 on my y5 can I just use a y8 o2 with the y8 harness if I go that route, And would injectors be recommended as mine are only 190cc or so I believe it should to be safe

you can use your hx harness if you know how to do some basic wiring.

Get a p28 with hondata or Neptune.

obd1 jumper harness.

You can get some 440cc injectors

For the d series im sure the limit is around 250 whp on pump gas.

Your best bet is to get a y8 head. and sell the y5 people will pay good money for it. Or sell the entire swap and get a straight ls or y8

I sold my y8 a couple years back for 800 bucks

I had a Jdm vtec-e and I swapped the valve train and cam for a z6 ... Maybe the y8 valve train and cam is all u need since swapping heads will give u super low compression

I was trying to avoid swapping any heads, intake manifolds, or any valve train to be honest just keeping it in a decent budget, I think I will just slap a decent turbo setup on with a 255lph pump with some 440cc injectors and run a p28 with a obd2a jumper harness on a tune with VTEC engagement set at 2700k for the VTEC-E and if something is to go wrong or blow I'll more than likely do the b18b LS swap I've been wanting to do.

Also what basic wiring will be needed, I'm guessing you mean the 5 wire o2 sensor, can I trick the ecu to thinking my secondary 4 wire o2 is my primary and get rid of the 5 wire o2 all together? I'm not worried about emissions or state inspections I got that covered
