Default Cooling issues.. slanted rad.

Hey, im having cooling issues, new 1/2 double core alum rad, 12" slimfan.

The rad is on a angle.. Like twisted, to clear the dumptube, so its not sitting flat against the front.. and as incomming air comes, it dosent really soak into the rad, it can go up or down.

I was thinking of building some duct work to close in the top/bottom etc, and possibly adding a fan?

When its operating good, it runs around 205 deg, (in mild weather) when its funky.. It up around 230-240. So i definatly need to come up with something.

its a stock sleeved motor. B18c.

I would just fab up some aluminum duct for it. It just needs a place where it can build up a pressure area infront of the core. I don't think adding a fan would do much.
