connecting IC piping to this kinda compressor outlet?
on a lot of these used turbos I've been looking at using, I see this kind of deal where the the IC piping would meet the compressor...
how do you guys go about making that connection with a such a funky flange there? (as opposed to something like a reg. T3/T4 with a perfectly round outlet).
thanks.

you have to get a flange that will bolt up to that and weld the charge pipe up to it then do all the other pipes as normal here is a pic of what it would look like http://www.topstreetperformanc....jpeg

You will need to have a flange cut in either steel or aluminum depending on what your charge pipes will be, or you could just cut the flange off the turbo and weld on a straight piece of aluminum tubing that has been bead rolled. I'd check to see what the OEM connector looks like first though, it may be something that is easily adapted to your needs...

That looks like a Mitsubishi 14B turbo. You'll need the discharge pipe, which you can get from: RoadRaceEngineering Look for the turbo outlet pipe. It's flanged directly for 14B/16G turbos and offer a ~2" outlet.
