Confused about which route to take??
Should I invest my money and get a standalone such as the AEM or just get a VAFC for now and wait till later on when I plan to boost?? My current setup as you know is a 4th gen accord with a 98 Type S engine. But the car really feels like it needs some tuning and I already have some 450 injectors on the way..
Any comments welcome. If I sound silly you can let me know as well.

standalones are a pain to tune, but once it's done it's nice. I don't know much about the AEM system. Most folks I know have traded in there VAFC for hondata. . .In your case I would say the standalones.

I hear you, but in my case I have a p13 JDM lude ECU. Which means I have to spend that much more to find an ECU that works plus the time to dyno if I just get stage 2..

Just the 1200 dollars. But then I dont have to burn any roms.
It has its own datalogging and all that good stuff. Plus I can
also resell back my ECu and lower the cost.
