Concerns wit da EGT gauge???
How does the EGT hook up to the car? Does it require any drilling to the exhaust manifold? How do you read the EGT? Lean = high temp and Rich = Low temp?? What's normal temp? And what other gauges are there that are useful to tune your car???
you have to drill the manifold, and tap it to 1/8npt.
Hot=lean, cool=rich but I wouldn't use an EGT gauge as much of a tuning tool. What you really need for tuning is a wideband O2 sensor.
I used my EGT as a safety net to keep an eye on things, and make sure everything was pretty much ok.

Yes, usually they come with a digital readout meter.
