Comptech SC with Aftercooler and Comptech Catback are my mods.
Keep this thread clean or I will report you to George as the last one got deleted in three posts due to some immature comments.

Only if I up the boost, there are plenty of s2000 drivers that have logged thousands upon thousands of miles with that combo. 1 person has over 100000 supercharged miles like that.

But it doesn't matter if its just a supercharger.
This is def. an oddity. This is kinda like a type-r owner with Farm & Fleet $59 alloy rims. The ESM is essentially an electronic missing link. Unless the s2k MAP sends signals rather than just voltage (which I doubt, as its so similar to their other i-4's), you could have saved a ton of cash with a zener diode, as well as eliminated any MAP voltage boucing above whatever 0psi voltage is.
Care to elaborate why you spent large amount for centripital SC kit, added the optional aftercooler, paid King to tune it (they're never cheap), then settled for a toy to prevent boost from overcoming the stock ecu? I'll refrain from further comments due to the 'threat' of bringing george in here... I'd rather hear a response than have this deleted.

This is how comptech sells them for the S along with Vortech.
It is a proven to work system. Options are limited for aftermarket ECUs and the ones that are out for it all have issues. I am waiting on results for the aem piggyback so i can have stock driveability.
There is nothing wrong with a 13.0 AFR with a supercharged S2, but Im sure not a whole lot of you would know that seeing is that there is not a whole lot of supercharged or turboed S2000 on honda tech.
Anyways, does anyone have anything to say nice instead of raging on my engine management? Or does this need to get locked and deleted also.
I dont see how this is an oddity. 90 percent of supercharged s2000 owners run this way and it is proven to work.

Re: (MidwestAutoWorks)
i dont know a lot about the s2k ecu, but i'm assuming the only thing keeping people from blowing them up running 13:1 afr's is some kind of knock sensor feedback timing retard. You dont tune boosted motors for 13:1 espescially on pump gas

Re: (SOHC_MShue)
There is a knock sensor and timing retard.
But the s2k ecu is a whole different world. Not chipable. Not upgradeable.
Tell me where you would have your AFR?

Re: (MidwestAutoWorks)
11.8-12 area with properly tuned ignition timing. The only thing saving the s2k's like i said is that knock retard. You should look into aem or something.
