Default Compressor Map for a Hybrid (t3/04e)

According to all of the formulas I have found, it seems as though I have an idea of the flow rate my engine can produce. I have begun trying to figure out what trim will work best on my application. HOWEVER all the maps I can find are for standard turbos. For instance, a map for a t04e is barely useable for my flow rate. Is this not why we use a t3 turbine? Would this not change how the map reads because the compressor is being spun faster by less air volume?

Hmmmm...turbine size shouldn't determine the possible flow rate of the compressor.

I'm not asking about the flow rate possible. I am asking is the compressor map not different because of the different turbine. A normal honda motor does not move enough air to push a t04 turbine, therefore does not fit into the inner islands on the t04 compressor map. When mated with a t3 turbine the t04 compressor "sees" more flow coming from the turbine. So how do I tell which trim will be best for me? Am I just totally confused?

on second thought....

Correct me if i am wrong, but as I understand it, the turbine side has nothing to do with the compressor maps. They are COMPRESSOR maps. The turbine isnt a factor

OK...Now I understand. I was confused...surprize! My real question was how do I know what A/R I will need. I know the bigger the number, the laggier the turbo will be. Is a t3 turbine with a .48 a/r or a .63 a/r better for a b-****-teen? (b16)
