Not sure what would make it go up, but in general people seem to stop at 5 cranks. Were your #'s at lot lower around 5 cranks?

So do I have bad rings? Bad valves? Should I get a leakdown test with these
numbers?

im not expert but they look nice an uniform, a tiny low for ur car (usually 200+ to 210). When I did mine on my civic si it was 190 180 190 205. It didn't do the oil drop cause these numbers seemed fine to me.

Those # are not that bad dude. Service limit is 175psi, so you are still ok. I drove around on 90psi on 1 cylinder for months.

That's not too shabby. I remember when the ringlands on my #3 cylinder decided to take a ****...

220, 220, 125, 220

That was a good time. It gets old adding a quart of oil every 3 days.
