Default Compression Test with the motor out

Is there anyway to do a compression test with the motor off the car and no tranny?

is the starter hooked up? just turn it over a few times. you not suposta have the fuel or spark hooked up anyway.

doesn't look like using the starter is an option...

it bolts on to the tranny? can you just get an impact and turn it over at the crank?

get the tranny put the starter in then arc a wrench onthe starter. (between the to wire) and it will want to start. thats how you can do it.
