compression test
did a compression test....left to right dizzy.60psi.150psi.150psi.150psi...timing belt...is it ok.......................did the oil drop test was the same............

thats not good...60psi is really low and 150 is kinda low too...what compression pistons are you running?,most likely your going to need to rebuild the bottom end

What happened that caused you to run the test in the first place? Overboost? Overheat? Does it smoke out the exhaust? Blue Smoke, White Smoke?
If it was an overheat, it's probably just a lifted head, bad gasket. Maybe warped head at the worst. Have a machine shop true it up and then put it back together. New water pump and timing belt while you are there.
I agree that 150 is maybe not the highest numbers a Honda will produce, but it's not bad if thats a high mileage engine or low CR pistons, in fact its reasonable.
Doing the oil test will help you separate a ring sealing issue from a gasket, head, valve sealing issue. You need to do them with the engine at a similar temp for both tests, dry and wet.
