compression ratio?

Default compression ratio?

is 10.3:1 too high for a lsvtec pump gas setup? looking for about 400hp

Yes and no. You didn't mention what turbo, nor what type of pump gas. This thread is a fail...

lsvtec, victor-x, itr throttle body, 10.3(forged rods and pistons), turbonetics t67?(what ever turbo DHracing had in his bseries hatch), ramhorn manifold, blox b's. 92oct.

Will be just fine provided you have an experienced tuner and the engine is put together well.
