Default compression change

i was wondering if my compression would change if i was using a b18c head on my b16 block, im getting wiseco 9.0-1 .020 over. just curiouus if it would effect the compression ratio

and another thing, would the b16a2 be the same kinda pistons for the first gen b16? ive looked but no one has pistons for the first gen b16. sorry for the dumb questions

doesnt help too much, or im just confused. can only pick what kinda of piston, and not what the compressions of the piston is gunna be.

b18c head, b16 block, 3 layer head gasket, and 81.5mm bore comes out to be 9.29 CR

thast without picking what kind of piston......

when i pick the pr3 piston, with the same head,block,headgasket,bore i get a 15.0 CR

om looking to get a 9.0-1 CR

sombody wanna help me out with this stuff

aha, got it i beleive,

b16 block, gsr head, 3 layer headgasket, 81.5mm bore, p72 pistons with the AO under them

CR = 9.2

now can someone tell me what the AO stands for under the p72 pistons

one set says A0, and the other set says 00

yes but whast the difference in both of the p72's?

also, it said i would get about 8.8 CR with pr4 pistons...didnt know they would work in a b16 block

sorry this is the first time building a motor, trying to understand the compression changes...
