compresion test 225psi at all 4. B18c 10.6:1 JDM motor, does it sound right??
Ive had my turbo on for bout 2 months now wanna know if this compression is bout right or is my motor starting to slowly wear out.
Boost is 0.55 BAR.
What are ppl with B18cs getting when they compression test theirs

depends on comression gauges...some read higher, some read lower. Depend on how u did the test as well that might determine a lil bit high or a lil bit lower number. But if u have 210 across the board...thats pretty good as long as the motors not smoking heavily or anything.

Stock cams I assume? If it is consistant arcross the board then there is little to be afraid of. Many factors come into play with numbers produced from compression gauges....

Re: (jitterbox2)
I like to pay attention to the first hit, and the final numbers. I like to see around 90psi, i think, been a while since i've done one, might me 60 psi on the first hit.
