Default Cometic with stock block?

Can the Cometic headgasket with an stock block? I have heard that you need the block to be O-ringed or step when using an cooper headgasket.

Is anyone using it on their stock block?

btw: I am using it on my B16A for turbo how thick should I use?

Thanks

the cometic head gaskets are not copper. call them up to get the whole scoop, but i'd be shocked if they coudldn't be used with a stock block. in fact, i found out after the fact that their turbo gaskets are not recommended for use with a step-deck block. (the fire ring plus the step deck will give you a great seal for combustion, but the rest of the head might leak - fingers crossed )
