Default Cometic HG question.

I have a 81.5mm bore on my block. Cometic sent a 82mm .051" HG,.. is this right? I called and they said it's right, and I won't have any problems. I guess I just want some re-assurance from people who've used these hg's.

TIA.

btw... it's a b16a with cp 81.5mm 9.0:1 pistons (skirts are ceramic coated). ARP rod bolts on Eagle H-Beam ESP rods. ACL main and rod bearings. Clearanced and blueprinted short block.
balanced stock crank, rods, pistons, 12# ACT flywheel, Xtreme pressure plate.

Stock headgaskets are already overbored to like 82mm, might be 81.5mm can't remember. The onlky thing is teh stock headgasket thickness is .29-.030" where as the one you have is .051" thickness so it will lower your compression slightly sir

Hey thanks guys. I'm new at this boost deal. This is also my first real deal motor too. I'll post up photos once i'm done with it. Still has some work to do yet.
