Default Colder Plugs?

I recently was told to run these plugs. They are NGK BKR7E-11, ever since I put these plugs in, my car sound like it is missing. The needle on my rpm guage stays still, but it makes this spuddering noise(very quiet) out of my exhaust. I was told by others to step up, one spark plug colder, is this a good idea and does anyone now what the model number is?My fuel pressure is @ around 50lbs, so I think this is good, please let me know!

My problem exactly..

I tried gapping at .22, .25, .28, .30, and .35 and it still misses..

It didn't miss with the stock plugs.. and didn't miss when I put the stock ones
back in..

Bkr7e-11 are good plugs. Try to gap them at .30-.032. Your fuel pressure is kinda high, what is your fuel setup? Do you have an aftermarket ignition system(MSD)?

I have same plugs and have them gapped inititally at .026 now .032, no problems at either nor with stock... but then again i have an upgraded ignition, external coil, i would check your spark plug wires.

What heat range did your car come with originally? 5 or 6 If it was a 5 your may have gotten too cold of a plug. That being the case your plug wouldn't get up to temp and would foul causing the misses.

You just barely put those plugs in so I don't think the reading would be accurate. Whenever I put in new plugs I have to put some miles on them to get that golden brown color to even show.

the thing is, my regulator is messed up and my fuel will not go below 60lbs, I know this is why my car is running like ****, I just found this out the other day, sure the plugs are good for my application, but why are my plugs lean with that much fuel?

whats your fuel set up? inline, intank? fmu? larger injectors?

i had this sam eproblem this week and it seems the closer i gappped the plugs to stock setting (.44) the BETTER the car ran, i'm at .40 at the moment, w/ 43 psi base fuel pressure but this is w/ Rc 440cc injectors.

maybe u guys can help me out, i just put in the greddy turbo into d16y5, and for some reason when im in neutral or in gear i can't rev past 4k after a few mins of driving the car. my stock heat range is a 4, but i gotten 5 for the time being and gapped at .044.
when the tach gets up to 4k it will feel like it hit a rev limiter and bounce off it and cant go any farther... i know my fuel is running rich and i tried leaning out but the problem still comes back. my fuel set up is: 280cc injectors, 12:1 fmu, b&m reg.,walbro 255, vafc... is my ignition system too weak to spark after 4k cause thats when boost builds?

thanks in advance

Mine are gapped at .030 and I also hear this REAL suttle like pop/hesitating sound at idle.... I mean its barely noticable but I can tell, does this when the car is first started, warming up, and idling after already warming up.... does this mean I'm miss firing also?

[edit] Oh yea I have the same BK 2 steps colder plugs
