Default code cel 16, lumpy idle, acceleration choking!!!!!!!!!!!

ok heres the deal i've been turbo'ed for about a month now and ever since ive always had what i thought was a o2 sensor code. so i decided to live w/ it till i decide i wanted to to get raped by honda($258 new form dealer) up until yesterday it has boosted just fine, ive been keeping it under 60% throttle and 5K rpms, cause i just had the block rebuilt, so anyway now im getting a code 16(fuel injectors and system) and the car wont rev past 3500 rpm??? its like it has a rev limiter at 3500 it just starts to choke and wont rev any further even at light throttle, and on top of that at idle the car feels really lumpy almost sounds like a modded v8(prob misfiring) its beening doing that all day yesterday, so i check the injectors and one is missing a clip?? but is very securely on the injector. so i clear the ecu and start the car nothing changes, it drives alright in boost but i dont really want to boost on it right now cause im really scared for its life!! but it did run fine one time today, but as soon as i shut the car off and started it again same probs!!! so today a friend told me it was actually a code 10 instead of 1 the deadly IAT, so i just changed that thinking that was setting a chain reaction for the code 16 but nope, no more code 10 but i still have the code 16(fuel) and the lumpy idle has progressed to a lumpy acceleration too!!! and if i listen to my exhaust at idle it sounds like a old school rap video it makes a beat??? if any one has dealt w/ this please let me know asap!!! thanks in advance
set-up:
obd1 ls/vtec
b18b1 block b16a head 9.5:1 comp 82mm o/b

JRSC fmu
LS fuel pump
chipped LS ecu w/ v-afc
GReddy 18g turbo kit w/ type s bov and type 24 fmic
stock exhaust 2.5 test pipe w/ 5 zigen axel back

the really weird part of all of this is i actually think im running way too rich for some reason, cause i can smell fuel in my exhaust alot and im getting alot of black burnt gas specs on my back bumper, but my a/f gauge is always stoich, i know theyre not that reliable but its never hit full lean or even touched rich, and how come this prob has never happened at the begining of the turbos life, has my injectors just all the sudden failed, iknow 450's would really help but why all the sudden is this happening, thanks for the thought

anybody else??? should i take this to a diff section, tech maybe??? anywho ive narrowed it down to the ecu i believe, its definetely misfiring in the number 3 cylinder. so i switched the 3 and 4 injectors and still misfires in 3 so my injectors are def good. after that i check for continuity from each injector wire to the ecu and all have 5 ohms of resistance when engine is off, and they all have continuity to the ecu, only thing after that is the ecu itself. i bought the ecu from ebay it was a chipped p75, so it could be fucked up, but it has been good for about 2 months now??? if i need to take this to tech please someone tell me or redirect me, im new to the whole honda forum thing, thanks

maybe check the FMU... sometimes they will be stuck "open" they will be reading pressure while in vacuum and dumping fuel in.

just double check all the wiring around the injectors, check the wireharness, and check the ecupinouts for map and anything fuel related.
