Default CODE 5 GIVING ME HELL..(MAP SENSOR) ON THE HACK

Ok well I don't think I've ever been so frustrated with my car before. I was throwing code 13 barometric pressure sensor, I thought it might have been the modified location of map sensor causing the CEL. After removing the custom map sensor relocation bracket, and placing the map sensor back to it's oem location, I was still throwing code 13 here and there. Then today, out of no where, the car just started acting crazy. (the revs just drop out of no where, throttle is extremely sensitive, car almost dies at idle, etc) I jumped the connector, it was showing code 13(Barometric Pressure) and Code 45 (Too rich too lean) I believe it was.
So I just pull the green harnesses out from each other, let the car sit for 2 minutes, the connections back together. Next trip, it started randomly throwing code 5, which is map sensor code. I have RC440's, V-AFC (in the glovebox, coulda overheated?) and an fmu. I'm seriously worried about this. I've read and read about this and I thought the AFC was suppose to manipulate the map voltage enough to prevent this CEL. I haven't boosted the car in past few trips (Maybe I got to one or two psi momentarily) This is so frustrating..If this keeps up my kit will be for sale, it's just way too much of a headache to have to worry about the car every minute of every day. thanks

Cliff notes:RC440's FMU V-AFC 2000 Civic EX throwing code 5 (map sensor blah blah blah)

Also, I genuinely need the help and I'm posting from a neighbors computer..I tried searching earlier at work but I feel like hitting the computer screen.

I thought the VAFC + 440's eliminated the need for an FMU - just use your stock FPR?

VAFC + OBD2 = Code 13, nothing new about this though.

Code 45 could just be a result from using the FMU.

code 13 is normal with obd2. i dont know if you can get rid of it. i have never had obd2.. odb1

you dont need to be using a fmu with the afc hack. you dont have check valves in there do you? what are your sensor types set on the afc? take the fmu out. what are your fuel settings like on the afc?

There are no check valves on the car, the map sensor has a vaccum line running from it to a vaccum tee placed in the OEM location of the map sensor. THe other side of the tee goes to the BOV.
The settings are 43-37.

I have it back to how it was for the time being..and it's only throwing code 13 which is somewhat reassuring.
