Default code 14 and 20 (electronic air control and electronic load detector)

hey all, i got 2 codes on my 97 boosted gsr but i got these 2 codes popping up. When i leave my car sitting for a while and i start it then, it wont idle it will just shut off but if i keep my foot on the gas for a min or so to let it r un, it then runs properly without shutting off. now, when i step on the gas and let it stay at 1500 rpm it kinda lumps ...i doint know how to explain it exactly its just like the idle goes up and down even tho its not and when i drive in any gear and let go of the gas to let it slow down to 1500 rpm it jolts bad which has something to do with it. anyone know what may be up? this is so frustrating!!

IACV might be sticking .. remove it and spray some crab cleaner in there and blow it out with compressed air. I had CEL 14 and after I cleaned it no more check engine light.

CEL 20, you got me.
