You can get the regulators and bottles from jegs. They sell them for shifters. Look in the shifter section.

yea... DEI makes most of it... but really if you can just find a bottle say....like a fire extingisher bottle and just make sure it's stamped and cert. to hold co2 and you can make your own kit... buddy of mine put a few together for almost nothing, and just got the 10lb. bottles repainted...it's a cheaper way out...
