Clutchnet stage II install!!
I"m finally going to putting on my clutchnet stage II and clutchmaster aluminum flywheel on tuesday. I can't remember what Ben told me on break in, 300 or 500 miles, and what RPM should I shift at while breaking in, like 3k or lower? My acura service manual says to replace a few gaskets like on the exhaust manifold and such but is it really necessary?
Thanks guys!!

This might get tossed into the Newbie Questions.
just drive like a normal person
for 500 miles. My brother and I installed the exact same setup on his integra. It chattered a bunch at first, but its alot better now. I dont remember if we even took the header off... I think we skipped that, so no new gaskets. There is plenty of steps the helms suggests to do, that you can get away without doing.

When I first had my car back after the clutch install, it was very hard to drive. It chattered alot and would shake my whole car. It gets better after you drive for a couple hundred of miles. Just shift a little bit lower then normal and when speeding up like on a highway or freeway, just take your time. I was driving like a grandma for the first couple hundred of miles.
