Clutchnet Stage 2 clutch sounds: what is it?
I'm currently breaking in my new Clutchnet 6 puck sprung clutch..
From standstill, when I'm starting in 1st gear, when I try to feather the clutch
for a smooth steady acceleration, it makes a chirping/whining sound. If I engage the clutch faster, it grabs and chatters. Is the chirping/whining the sound of the clutch slipping (because I'm feathering the clutch?).
It does this in 2nd gear as well.
Other than that, the clutch seems to hold quite well.

Is the 6 puck sprung? If it is NOT sprung they do make a whining/groaning noise. I have heard it on two cars before. One had a 6 puck un-sprung another had a 4 puck un-sprung. It sounds horrible to me...
