clutchnet clutches???????
I had one, I'm not sure what model it was. It was super grippy, I could chirp fourth, but daily driving it absolutely sucked. It chattered alot and made an "eeek" noise on launch.
I had mine in my car for 2 years before I totalled it. I had a Clutchnet Stage 2 six puck sprung. I like it, never gave me any problems.
Clutchnet stuff as held up awesome in the cars I've installed them on. They seem to all be underrated as far as capacity goes which is nice. I'm a Clutchnet dealer so if you have any ?'s let me know.
I had a clutchnet 6 puck sprung and hated it. Within 3k had to replace it, because i started slipping. I only had a stock gsr with drag kit.

i had a clutchnet in our turbo crx for three years. it was the 4 puck clutch. we run over 50 11 second passes and at the end of the year we ended up running a 10.07 with absolutley no problems. the greatest thing is the clutch only cost 250 dollars.
well, this isnt hondas, but my friends are running the 6 puck on their turbo vw's and turbo bmw's. the engagement point shifts every so slightly every once in a while, but they grip nice and dont slip. not a bad clutch imo
I've been putting 360whp to a Clutchnet 6 puck sprung disk and pressure plate ( not the dual diaphram) for a little over a year with no problems. However, on the last race of the season a couple of weeks ago, I switched to some new slicks and the 6 puck said peace out. It slipped on my 60' on the first run and on the second run gave out in third gear.
For the price I think it's one of the best clutches out there. I have a whole season of powershifting 1/4 runs on it plus street use so with the new slicks on it wasn't a surprise it finally gave out. The engagement can be a little choppy at slow speeds, but the pedal feel is nice.
Over the winter I'm going to get the 4 puck sprung with a new pressure plate ready for next season..
