Both are less than ideal IMO.
I'd look into ACT clutches as I've never had a bad one. One of them lasted for a solid SEVEN years of hard driving in my wife's B16A2. It was drag raced, daily driven, and auto-X'd for a few seasons and still had a ton of bite left in it when we sold the car. It lasted for two more owners and to my knowledge is still kicking.
BTW:
How much power are you making to NEED a heavy duty clutch?

Try looking HERE <--- clickable or HERE <--- clickable.
I'd also stay away from puck style discs as they are very harsh to engage, and can destroy ring and pinion gears inside the transmission. Ask me how I know. It took me three destroyed Type R trannies before I finally wised up and got a full faced street disc with a really aggressive pressure plate. Been running that setup for years now with zero tranny breakages. Axles? That's a different story lol...
