Clutch question
I may be asking a dumb question but, I ordered a stage 4 competition clutch 6 puck for my build. I'm going to go boost once I break the motor in and make sure it's all going to run right.
Would there be any negative effects using this clutch with a basically stock motor? The motor is 100% rebuilt forged pistons/rods lsvtec setup.
Should I just buy a regular cheap clutch for break in period or can I use the stage 4 without a problem?

Re: Clutch question
Nope. You'll need to break it in anyway. Whether or not the car is "ready for boost" is irrelevant as the break-in procedure is the same. 400 miles or so, street driving, slow and steady. Highway miles don't count towards that.
The only dumb question out there is the one never asked.
