i have a spec stage 4 that is rated for 305 foot pounds and beat the **** out of it everyday with no problems. The spec clutch is the only clutch i have used in my turbo cars. that has held up. I have used CM stage 4 that didnt hold up for crap. It was 319.
I am running a ACT Heavy Duty Pressure plate/ACT Street Disc. I ran it for a while on 259whp and 211wtq. I am still running the same clutch, but running a little less boost which puts me at the numbers below in my sig. The clutch holds power just fine. Daily driveability is sweet as well. I am pretty sure it can hold 222twq just fine.
