Wrong forum for this question, but anyway.
Its free!! If you do it yourself. If not, 6 hours of labor max!! Some talented individuals can do it in 4 hours or less. I can change the clutch in my CRX in 6 hours by myself with jacks and hand tools, 4 hours with air tools.

500 bucks is not bad for actually for someone to do your clutch for you. usually its a little less though around 300-400 bucks is where it should be.

i can do it in 2.5 hours no airtools either, just a tq wrench and 12 point sockets.
My mechanic just started selling clutchnet, dirt cheap, he sends the clutches out and has three of the six pucks changed to carbon, I think the disk is 250CAD and 200CAD for diaphragm. thats like 280USD
