Which clutch do you have?
How do you like them? Pedal feel, engagement etc.
I have a greddy turbo @4.5-6.5psi on a 94 civic ex and am looking at an ACT heavy duty and street disc. BTW, whats the difference between an organic disc and a "street" disc?
Thanks.

Ditto turbointeg95. I love mine. Never slipped yet, and grabs great. A little chatter, but hardley even noticeable.

Pedal feel is stock w/ clutchnet.
Engagement is almost instantaneous.. but manageable w/ the spring hub. I like mine.
I might swap the HD pressure plate out for an extreme though. I kinda like tough pedal pressure!

I was thinking of going Clutchnet too...sounds like the way to go...The heavy pressure plate I can do without though...too much exercise in stop n go traffic.

I have a Clutch Masters Stage 3 with lightened flywheel. It drives great, isn't grabby, has kevlar segments, releases like stock, and is rated for race too. Something to consider, anything lower than the stage 3 is not rated for race.

ACT Xtreme PP teamed with the organic full-face street disc. This combo works great and it's much better for the street than a 8-puck unsprung disc.

Clutchmasters stage III, chatters some in traffic and holds pretty good. I will swap it out for a stiffer heavier clutch when I done with this one... i dont mind stiff pedal pressure if it will hold the power.. and traffic stays' pretty lihgt going to work ... LOL

AI-4 XTSS is the setup for a GSR. I have it on my car and love it. It holds the power for mid to low 12's and able to run on the street daily. I love it!!

Re: Which clutch do you have? (turbo01gsr)
I'm using an OS-Giken Twin-Plate carbon clutch from an RX7 FD3S Efini, modified to fit my little D16Y8. It has got to be the strongest clutch i've ever experienced. Pedal is a little bit heavier than stock, but grabs well.. too well.. to the point where i've already broken my driveshaft and gears from it. I'm trying to learn now how to drive without 'dropping the clutch' hehe i've boosted up to 1.5bar with it, and it has yet to slip..
here's some pictures..
I think it was well worth the ~US$350 it costed me (2nd hand OS clutch that has been newly overhauled, including D16Y8 fitting modifications)

Re: Which clutch do you have? (5thgen)
No one seems to be running an RPS Turbo clutch in this post. Don't know if you guys don't like it, but it's been great for me.
For two years I have had the same clutch (w/ the 1800lbs pressure plate). In the beg. of summer, I inspected my clutch and still had alot of meat on it. This is after one year of all motor and one year of turbo (all-passes on slicks both N/A and turbo).
Just wanted to give my two cents.

Centerforce dual friction.....held up strong on a friends 400hp stang, on my previous car VR6 and works like a charm on my integra. No complaints, stock feeling on pedal engaugement and still holding strong.. No complaints here.
