I love my clutchmasters stage 4 but a lot of people seem to not like clutchmasters. ACT is also good but I still swear by my clutchmasters.

I don't remember the exact price new but I think it was like $370. Good clutch though.

For all you ppl who responde "ACT" How about being a little more specific! Not ever model ACT sells is going to hold 315ft/lbs.

ACT HDR6 will hold 311ft/lbs
ACT XTSS will hold 319ft/lbs
ACT XTR6 will hold 408ft/lbs

How much will the ClutchMasters Stage 4 hold? And how does it compare to the ACT 6 puck (XTR6) in terms of driveability?

Not really sure how they compare but I know the CM stage 4 will hold 170% more than stock.

I had a act 6 puck w/ heavy duty pressure plate, and a clutch master stage 4, and I like the CM stage 4 better. Overall it is a better clutch for the street, and the damn act is very hard on your internals.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Blazin Civic &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote"> I know the CM stage 4 will hold 170% more than stock.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Whats the deal with Clutchmasters posting percentages for specs? Its not that I cant do the math but why not just list the exact torque spec the clutch can hold? Plus they list 170% for every car the Stage 4 works on which isnt right. 170% of a CarA with 200ft/lbs is alot more than 170% over my GSR with only 128ft/lbs.
