Well, why don't you think about it for a second.........unless someone has seen that exact turbo and remembers what it looks like or has had the turbo before they will not know how to clock it. They are a lot of different ways of clocking a turbo, does yours have bolts that hold it to the chra? Is there a big snap ring that holds the comp housing on the chra?? If you really wanted help faster you would post some pictures so people don't have to guess on what YOU should be doing.

You losen those bolts around the compressor housing and rotate it.....

If it is stuck you might need to spray the seam with some penetrant (most use wd40 for this, but something like kroil is wayyyy better), let it sit then try to move it. If that still doesn't work then while the bolts are still loose, lightly tap on the compressor housing with a deadblow hammer or a mallot (the first is made out of plastic and has lead shot or sand in it, and the second is made out of hard rubber) and that should break it loose. GL.

bolts are loosned and i sprayed pb blaster and taped with a dead blow hammer already it wont budge and it was freshly taken apart and rebuilt by turbonetics so its not like its old and rusted i dont know i guess ill just beat the **** out of it and hope i dont break it

Put the CHRA or turbine in a vise, put something like a jack handle into the compressor outlet for leverage, and use that to turn it(carefully). You can wrap a towel around whatever you use to protect the inside of the compressor housing if you want, but you shouldn't need to put it too far in nor use too much force.
