Default cleaning an intercooler

hey ive tried alot of ways to cleaning my intercooler, and i havnt found a good way. let me know how yall do it.

try using an air compressor and blow the dirt out of the fins

pull ur wastegate off j/k Personally I would use hot water and degreser with some compressed air - just be careful also make sure its dry before you put it back on

prestone flush kit, then rince clean and air hose it dry.. Ive used cerocene and gas once too,..
Youll be surprised how dirty it gets in there when you just use a screen for filter on your turbo and drive it all winter etc,..

yes gasoline worked for me in the past. another method is brake parts cleaner works very well.

This is a bad idea. I've done it, and it bent the fins. Same thing with water.

im talking about cleaning the front of it. cleaning out the insides no problem, just keepn the out side bling blingn is kinda difficult

well, i wouldnt aim the spray nozzle up close to the fins, just from a distance. I guess the brake cleaner idea would be better.
