Which turbo under $700 can give me the most power out of my teg? I dont care about spooling characteristics.

I have T3/60-1 for $695.00 that is going to be the most power for that price cap.

Figure out the flow of your motor and do some research on reading compression maps. This will help you pick the exact turbo that will work best with your setup.
