Default choosing the perfect setup

i just want some good opinions on what i should do. i havent been online too much and have fell out of the new import technology. i am getting a new 98 hatchback and i am planning on getting a gsr. i have a b16 that i bought from streetimports and im overall happy with their service but they dont sell engines. so where can i purchase a gsr from a reputable company full swap? also what would be the optimum setup for this. i am using fmu on my b16 setup, im hearing about uberdata and whatnot. my budget is okay but im not trying to over do it standalone and total build. my goal is 270-300 whp. so if anyone can direct me to a turbo kit and fuel control i would appreciate it and where i can get one from a good company. thanks. and is a thicker head gasket okay for these goals and setup?

thicker headgasket will lower compression slightly...you can hit those numbers stock block so i dont think an internal build is in your plans...best bet would to go custom with a turbo app for the GSR which is capable of great numbers...
