ok I have a log manifold on my gsr, and everytime I pull the dip stick to check the oil it smears againts the mani of touch the head bolts, just wondering if you guys have any tips or how do you go by checking your oil... thanks

edit: its really tight between the stick and the mani

true I never thought about that....... how fexible is the tube?.. I dont want to break it off

 

Should be made of aluminum like the rest of the block. I've bent one before because i misplaced the block on the floor. no big deal, i just bent it back . It won't break off unless you bend it back and forth a lot like any metal.
