checking compression with motor out and tranny off? HOW????
how would i go abouts doing this? could a hook up an impact to the crank and pull all the plugs and turn if over with the impact?
no you can't. This will do you no good at all. Our Honda blocks and internals expand with heat, that's why you need to check compression after running the motor, getting it nice and hot.
i know you can hook up a battery to the starter but that has to be with the tranny on. i just want to make sure all the cylinders are close so i dont care about true readings. anyone else have comments about the impact?
