Default Check Valves?

I am wrapping up my turbo build and my dad brought up a good point. Shouldn't I install check valves in places such as my climate control to prevent unwanted craziness? Of all the builds I have ever seen I have not seen anyone use check valves... What do you think I should do?

a crx should have a cable actuated climate control. not like older domestics that use vacuum servos, you should be fine.
