Default Check out this intercooler!

Its off a 99 Saab, the dimensions are 32 by 7 by 3. 2 1/4 end tank pipes

They are very simular to the dimensions of the Johnnyracecar.com intercoolers and they are actually thicker, what do u guys think?

Looks ok...but remember on Hondas...there is the "radiator support" that is in the way of the inlet/outlet for that used SAAB intercooler....Don't waste your time...get a FMIC w/ side endtanks instead!!!!

THICK is not allwasy the best, The first 1/4 in thickness of the cooler does about 90% of the cooling. Just beacuse its thickier, doesnt mean that its better.

Cool, j/w because the johnnyracecar sizes are simular. The auction ended at 100 bucks on ebay, seems like a good deal. Btw, if i actually woulda got them, i wouldnt use those end tanks anyway!

i think there is a guy on here who changed the end tanks, and had mad success with that intercooler. I think the person had a red si or something.

kinda looks like a viggan inter-cooler, they can be had for 160 new. The end tanks are plastic but work fine. And if you search there was a guy that modified the end tanks a bit to point then side ways.

You rang??

I run it... works great... I plan on upgrading, but bang for the buck I give it

Test fitting the i/c before turbo install..

I will tell you this... It took ALOT of work for this to come out right... the way i set this up with the 90 degree bends out the back of the intercooler instead of their traditional "back door" design took some time and patience... I used 90 degree PVC bends. And you have to cut the bumper ALOT for it to fit.

If I were to do it over again, I would leave the back doors on it, trim the radiator support as needed, ditch the a/c, and run an ITR Charge pipe with a custom Back door lower i/c pipe to the turbo. I ended up ditchign the a/c anyways... just because i dont care anymore... LOL

you should be able to move the "half rad" over a bit to make room for the inlet on the left side. I put a 944 intercooler in an eg with a half rad. Work perfect.
