Default Check me please

ordering parts for my oil lines for turbo

this sandwich plate
which has 1/8NPT inputs



this oil line kit
which has AN4 feed line and an10 return line



all i would need to order is a 1/8NPT to an4 adapter for the oil feed line from the turbo to the sandwich plate ...correct?

Yes, you're correct. You'll need a 1/8npt to -4an fitting adapter. It'd probably be wise to make that a 90º fitting/adapter as well unless you're going to use the 90º bend that's already built into the feed hose. I can't tell from the picture what's on the other side of that hose.

that is a cx racing oil kit... any others on the market better for $80-100

The npt-4an fitting is already in the kit

Look at the straight end of the hose...

wouldnt that be just the an-4 thread on the hose? not 1/8NPT

Ugh... the hose side is 4an
The other side is 1/8npt

Look at the damn pic you posted... two ends of the feed line. One doesn't have a fitting threaded on it... (the 90* side) the fitting for the sandwich plate is threaded in the straight end of the feed line..., and is included in the kit

Yeah, I wasn't sure if that was the case, but it looks like that is a pretty good possibility.

Also, you might need another adapter for your turbo inlet (and maybe for drain too), but you don't know until you get it all worked up. This is where these projects can nickle and dime you. An adapter fitting might cost you $8 if you want to make it look clean and only use one (vs using multiple to do the same job).

Do you bought the kit already, there are many swandwich adapters better than this i.e G.E,Black works. Your 1/4 line goes straigth.
