charge pipes vs. high temp silicone?

huh? usually you have your metal (alum, mild, or ss) intercooler piping connected with high temp silicone couplers and some clamps... so um, BOTH would be best

If you could get the pipes made entirely out of silicone that would be the best. But I doubt you will, I don't even know of a company that does such work.

and it would be extremely expensive ... 4 inches of silicone is around what, $20?

4 inches of silicone is only like 6$ at atpturbo. 20$ is way too much

I believe ATP sells them in 3" sections...not 4"

Larry at IAS has some odd little Apex'i kit on his green hatch with silicone plumbing....

it runs mid 11's....

make your own judgements.
