hi i have the drag geb 3 kit , im look to change my manifold to a tubular stlye like peak boost n fabworks ect to replace the casr one from drag

wot else do i have to change when doing this? also which manifold do you guys recommend?

You will likely have to rework the downpipe. the intercooler piping should fine as it is. Depending on the manifold you end up getting, you may need a 1/2 sized radiator as well.
