Default chance of warpage on block and head?

8 months ago my civic caught on fire. I have since replaced all of the parts that got burnt, and repainted the entire engine bay. It was home to a turbocharged 95 b18b. I have the motor in now and it runs. Compression test results show good across, with a slightly lower reading in cylinder No. 2. I drained the oil tonight and its milky brown = blown headgasket, I assumed. The coolant came out ok, didn't notice any oil in it. Tomorrow I'm going to put new oil and coolant in it. Now my question is, if I drain the oil and it comes out brown again, am I looking at possibly not only a blown headgasket, but a warpage on the head or even the block? Thanks.
