CEL on and idle at 1.400 RPM's???
Alright, When i first start up my 93 teg its fine and I can rev it up to redline and no CEL but when I drive it and hit boost around 4,000 RPMs the CEL comes on and then it will continue to idle at 1,400. I can turn it off and start it right back up and its fine again til I hit around 4k RPM's and boost... Any ideas?

If the ECU gets a signal higher than atmospheric pressure from the MAP, it tries to enter a part of the fuel map that doesn't exist. If this happens it thinks it is malfunctioning, and it will revert to a overly safe set of parameters so that you can "limp" into a mechanic. Generally it opens the IAC valve, drops the rev limiter way down, and pulls timing. Sounds like what is happening to you, and I think that is because you aren't using either the SAFC or the FMU correctly.
