CEL code 7. ive read all posts and none are the same as my problem. please help

CEL code 7. ive read all posts and none are the same as my problem. please help
All right i have the tps set right its at .51 closed and wot its going to 5.1.
my set is a 95 integra gsr with built original motor and obd1 p72. the car has a revhard kit with sc61 and i running hondata s200b. the car is running fineand the only time the cel comes on is when i floor it. i can be in 2nd gear at 3k rpm and floor it and about 2 seconds it will pop on. the only time it comes on is when i floor it. i changed it with another tps so i know it is not the tps. what other things could it possibly be.
i have read every post and none are the same problems. could it possibly that the voltage is getting to high at wot. 5.1 is wot. please help me or give me any tips. car is not driving strange just slower with the cel on. doesnt idle funny but it is idleing at about 1k. would adjusting the idle help possibly. i think ive already tried that though. thanks in advance for any advice.

When I did mine I had the same problem. The problem was that when I played with the voltage and put it within specs I would get the code at WOT. So I lowered the voltage at WOT and then I got it at idle. So it took me a few times before I found the right voltages that didn't give me the CEL at WOT or closed throttle.
